Project Overview

Led the mobile-first design for Cintafresh, a credit card transaction tracking and spending insights platform for users in the United Arab Emirates. The goal was to simplify how users view, understand, and manage their card transactions across various categories, providing a sleek, mobile-first digital experience tailored to regional user behaviour. The project involved building low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, with a strong focus on data clarity, secure UI design, and intuitive navigation.

Challenges

  • Studied pain points in traditional credit card statements and web portals

  • Interviewed card users to define expectations for categorisation, alerts, and summaries

  • Collaborated with developers to identify secure transaction UI practices

Impact and Results

The intuitive, lifestyle-driven UI encourages user interaction, improves on-site retention, and builds trust with new and returning customers. The scalable structure also supports future expansion into e-commerce or delivery platforms.
